Kids' Time Activities: Foxes that Fly

Learn about the natural history of flying foxes and their important role in preserving Australian native forests. Through role play, explore the impact of human activity on these animals, and how we can help to conserve them. 

Come and see the Queensland Museum exhibits on Flying Foxes and learn of why they are so important to the health of our forests.

Kids' Time sessions are conducted at The Hut Environmental Centre, 47 Fleming Road, Chapel Hill. They are led by experienced teachers, and include both indoor and outdoor hands-on activities. (In case of bad weather, activities will take place under cover.)

Bookings: are essential; places are limited. BOOK AN ACTIVITY NOW!

Cost: $15 per child per session ($10 concession for THECA members' children or grandchildren $10). Please pay before the event if possible; we'd prefer to not take cash on the day.

Note: If you register, but then are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the places available to others.
